Phoenix Rising, a company renowned for its dual expertise in Coaching/Mentoring and Book Editing/Publishing, recognized a need to enhance its digital presence to represent its growing services better. Although their website effectively catered to their coaching and mentoring clientele, it lacked a dedicated space for their burgeoning book editing and publishing services.
To address this, we strategically expanded their existing website, integrating a custom navigation system that links their book editing and publishing services seamlessly with their established coaching and mentoring offerings. This cohesive design ensures a fluid user experience, guiding clients effortlessly between the two distinct facets of Phoenix Rising’s business.
As part of the overhaul, we transformed the homepage into a comprehensive gateway that directs visitors to the relevant services they seek, making it incredibly straightforward for clients to navigate. To further improve their online visibility, we conducted thorough keyword research and developed engaging, informative content that highlights the benefits and features of their book editing and publishing services.
We also established a robust blog framework, recognizing the importance of ongoing engagement. We crafted and published three SEO-optimized blog posts, laying a solid foundation for Phoenix Rising’s content marketing and SEO strategy.

Project Description
Peak Physique Fitness in Troy Michigan came to me because they needed a new website built. Their old website was outdated, wasn’t able to be updated, and didn’t have a way for potential leads to easily contact them. It also didn’t rank well due to its age and lack of search engine optimization. The old website also was not optimized to be viewed on mobile phones. They wanted a website that could be updated, host blogs, and bring in more qualified leads.
We launched the website within 30 days of getting their domain transferred and hosting set up. The new website was built to better rank, be modernized, and have the ability for people to submit forms through it. Almost immediately we saw an increase in submissions through the easier-to-navigate website. As we continue to work on blog posts we continue to see their rankings in Google rise, for a multitude of keywords. Where we used to only rank for their business name and a few other keywords, we now rank on the first five pages of Google for over 20 valuable local keywords.
Where they used to never get clients through their website, they are receiving form submissions and qualified leads every month, and closing more deals than they had even before the pandemic.
I have written over 130 blogs for their website, and it has become a spot for their clients, both current and potential, to get more information about Peak Physique, and the services they offer.
We have been averaging a 50% increase in traffic for the last three years.
We recently launched a monthly email to help encourage potential, and old clients to sign back up for training. We’ve been averaging an open rate of 50%, and have increased website traffic because of these campaigns.

Jesse from ReFitMTL envisioned a digital makeover: a sleek, user-friendly website boasting cutting-edge functionalities far surpassing his previous online presence.
His old website, limited in scope, showcased only a fraction of his services and lacked a direct booking feature. This meant that potential clients had to reach out to Jesse manually, creating a bottleneck as he manually inputted bookings into his system.
Recognizing the need for a more fluid and comprehensive online experience, Jesse dreamt of a minimalist yet informative platform where visitors could access all necessary information without the hassle of navigating through multiple pages.
In response, we crafted a cutting-edge, one-page landing site encapsulating ReFitMTL’s essence. This all-encompassing portal presents a full suite of services and introduces the team within a single, seamless scroll. Now, Jesse’s clientele can effortlessly book services and explore the full spectrum of offerings ReFitMTL has to offer directly through the website.

Project Description
Baby Bloom Newborn Care in Rhode Island came to me because they needed to refresh their website’s SEO and start a consistent blog.
Their old website was beautifully designed but lacked the SEO backend, making it hard for them to rank.
After a website audit, we implemented all of our suggestions, including rewriting the title, meta descriptions, and page content to fit the newly researched keywords.
We launched the new content within 30 days of starting and have been seeing an increase in ranking, as well as leads thanks to the refresh.
After the site was refreshed, it was time to implement a new blog, and more location-specific content to continue our progress.

Overall, we’ve increased rankings, as well as the actual number of keywords we rank for. Many of the keywords we work toward ranking for end up on the first page of Google a few months after launching live.
Like this keyword, for example.
We launched a blog with a specific keyword on March 16th. At that time, we were not ranking for that keyword at all. We ranked in the 7th spot for the first time on May 7th, and as people continued to search, we continued to show. Today, we rank in the top ten every single time someone searches that word.
